My Farewell and Last week in the USA

It has been such a fantastically busy week for me. I had my farewell at the Rupert 7th ward on the 14th where a lot of my family traveled to come support me. I loved seeing everyone! My talk was on the atonement, which is my favorite topic, and I enjoyed sharing my testimony on it with the people I care about. I also really enjoyed spending time with my sister and grandmother and having the opportunity to go to SLC with them and wandering Temple Square for a bit. Around this time before my best friend Jenna left for her mission in Peru, she told me she was feeling a little nervous/anxious but mostly numb; I am anything but "numb"! I am excited but really anxious and nervous. Going on a full time mission is a pretty big decision and once I made that decision, Satan was throwing all sorts of obstacles my way, which is sorta my way of knowing that I am doing what I'm supposed to be doing. Even though I am nervous I know my Father in Heaven will provide safety and comfort for me. I leave this Wednesday at 6:30 am out of the Twin Falls airport where I will fly to the Manila Philippine MTC. My mission is a bit North of there. I am so excited to serve my Lord. I can't wait to see what He has in store for me!

I am so grateful for everyone that came and has supported me! Also, a big for those who probably had to wake up at 4am just be there and everyone who traveled 12 hours to come! It means a a lot! See ya in 18:)
