Last PDAY!

Yes....LAST PDAY!
I have truly loved my experience as a full time missionary here in the Philippines Angeles Mission. There's nothing better. I'm thankful that I am serving the Lord in this part of His Vineyard. I loved this last week! Sister Ethel passed her Baptismal Interview and will be getting baptized and confirmed this next weekend! Sister Nida, Flora May, and Brother John John are still so progressing and so excited for their baptism in April! I feel so blessed to have been part of their lives and witnessed their conversion.
Sunday is my last day! I'm so nervous...  But so excited to see my Sister and her family when they come and get me!! :)
I don't have anytime to write because we went bowling today....the bowling ally was pretty great....people sit up on these little chairs and after you knocked over all the pins, they jump down and set them back up again. The bowling balls are also really small..haha...i did really bad as usual and got THE lowest score....i'm pretty sure if we were using our scores in like golf, i would be an all-star.
Well...uhh...see you all on facebook I guess...wish me luck with english...each of these letters take like 25minutes and spell check pa!...😐😓😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
mahal ko po kayo.kita kits next next week po!

Its the circle of life!!!

This week was AMAZZING! I met President Nelson on my 21st birthday...it was so exciting!  I also met his wife then ..met again...the Bowens. Sorry..i'm not really sure how to say that in English..🤔
I learned so much...Ironically it was mostly about life after missions..hmmm
One of my nanays, Sister Salem, Came and visited me! I missed her a lot<3
I got pretty sick this last week...at one point i even had an asthma attack where my inhaler just wasn't doing anything. My great zoneleaders came over agad and gave me a Priesthood blessing. At this point, my lungs hurt really bad and i was exhausted and it was really really hard to catch a breath. By the end of the blessing, my lungs didn't hurt so bad, I had enough strength to stand up and walk, and i was catching my breath easier.  I am so thankful for the priesthood and worthy and willing priesthood holders.
i love all of you and hope all of you are doing good things in life!  here's my 758903535354768950 photos for all of you:)

I've got the Powah!

Here is Sister Norman's messages from the past few weeks.  Her birthday is this week!  Remember to wish her a happy birthday!!- Heatherly

I’ve got the Powah!

Jokelang! wala akong power....The power is in the Spirit and the Atonement of Jesus Christ...
This week was really great! we had a baptism on Saterday! Sister Daisy Cabrera! She's 19 and has such a great desire to do what's right. Her testimony was so powerful! I'm so grateful for her and her choices to follow the example of our Savior.
We also have a Less Active nanay that heart has been changed....just a few months ago, she told us she was hopeless and had a lot of hate in her heart...she didn't let us teach her and she wouldn't even consider going to church. This week she invited us to her FHE. She's come to church 3 times and next week she will be a Less Active Return. Her heart is softened and is radiating with Love. This is pure evidence of the power of the Atonement and the power of the Holy Ghost. I know this wasn't because of something we said....It was the Power of the Holy Ghost and the Power of the Atonement of Jesus Christ changing her heart...changing it so she would have "no more desire to do evil but to do good continually". She's converted again to the Gospel of Jesus Christ and she's never been happier.
My valentine was A puppy...you'll see it next week when i bring my camera:)
Tomorrow i get to meet the President of the Quorum of the 12, President Nelson...!
Mahal ko po kayo!
🐢

Can you feel the love tonight?
No...i can't...because i'm a missionary...but for all of you non-full-time-missionaries...HAPPY VALENTINES DAY:)
Hope you will have a good week! I really don't have too much to report. So big cool things:
1. Sister Daisy passed her Baptismal interview so she is getting baptized on Saterday! yay!
2. I found out President Nelson is coming to our Mission tour next week.
3. I ate a real burger today...like i'm 80% sure it was real beef. 🤔
4. I ate balut again....i didn't get as sick as i did last time🙋
Love all of you!

Seaweed is always greener
This week was jam packed. We went to BALER and had exchanges there with Sister Palang and Sister Tuia. I was with Sister Tuia…I love Baler... it’s amazing; siempre, Baler pa’rin.  We also had exchanges with Sister Cajefe (my anak) and Sister Cash. I was was companions with Sister Cash.
Sister Cash is new in the Field…like 3 months in field… but her Tagalog is perfect. I think it’s so amazing. We also had like a million dinner and lunch appointments this week…so that’s cool. One of the members that had us over is a chef… Cordon Blue enough said…
It was also kind of a sad week. A lot of investigators were dropped or dropped us. AND Daisy’s baptism was moved. NOOOO… it was rough but we aren’t letting get us down. There’s still work enough to do!

This week we have Zone Interviews and we have to give one of the workshops about Rescuing (less active returning). It reminds me a lot of Luke 15; Jesus Christ expects us to follow His perfect example. He left the 99 to rescue the 1. He helped the sheep come back to the fold. That can be our part too! It doesn’t matter if you have a name badge or not. You can help in rescuing the one. Reach out, serve them, talk to them, try to understand them; then invite them back into the fold of our Savior. I’m so thankful for His perfect example for us.
